Achieving Claim Level Accuracy on Paper Claims was presented to several major Healthcare Insurance Payers by Mr. Dennis Harvey, CTO of Adaptive Imaging Solutions, Ltd., during the Performance Management Tools for Claims Processing conference held in Orlando, Florida on March 23, 2006.
The presentation centered on some of the major traditional problems encountered in the mailroom, scanning and claims entry processes and some of the techniques Adaptive has developed and successfully applied to achieve claim level accuracy in high volume healthcare front-end claims processing.
