Offshore vs Domestic Data Entry
Data entry is performed domestically in Dallas and off-shore in Harbin China, Dhaka Bangladesh, Colombo Sri Lanka and Chennai India all utilizing internally developed keying software. Offshore processes are generally limited to capturing exactly what is on the document images in either character repair, field level QA or Fullkey mode. All offshore facilities utilize Adaptive’s software components ensuring that we have full control of the software and the workflow.
Adaptive has an additional competitive advantage when it comes to flexibility and sophistication since all software and project settings utilized in the process are internally developed and tested. Project settings and software are all deployed securely to offshore and domestic locations.
All documents can be inserted into QWebOnline for Web Image Storage and Retrieval and indexed by customer-defined criteria. If allowed, the document is staged for transmission to offshore data entry shops. If not, it is staged for domestic entry.
Offshore data entry is not a requirement for competitive pricing with Adaptive; however, the lowest prices for manual labor are available using non-domestic labor. Whatever your requirements dictate, the Adaptive process methodology can deliver accurately, on time and at the right price.
