For service organizations, QWebOnline can private labeled and presented as an additional value added service to end customers.
Using QWebOnline can begin with the scanning of images. Adaptive can also provide scanning services as part of our agreement. Once scanned, images are transferred to ClaimsASP via secure FTP, Quantum File Transfer or AIS Secure Quantum File Web Service on a regular batched basis as they are being scanned. Adaptive can also provide a .Net Software Developer's Kit if the customer wishes to utilized the web service method of transfer within programs. Index information and form overlays can then be applied. EDI documents can also be transferred to QWebOnline.
QWebOnline provides search screens to locate images using supplied indices. QWebOnline also provides features to allow the document number(s) to be passed into a URL for automatic search and display of images. This feature allows for automatic or on demand image enabling of a clients host applications on a customized basis. Image access response times can very based on how QWebOnline is accessed.
Images can then be available on a 24/7 basis. Adaptive can also provide primary and disaster recovery facilities with continuous monitoring of system resources providing web server load balancing, full system redundancy and access to both cache and magnetic archives.
QWebOnline also provides multiple layers of access control to assure that only the right people have access to specific documents and data.
