SSA utilizes the Quantum 2000 low and high volume capture solutions to scan all white mail correspondence in all of SSA's processing centers. Images are scanned with QScan capture software and are cropped and de-skewed by QICE and loaded into SSA's workflow and archival system through QOut. Developers at SSA use the Quantum 2000 API to integrate the Quantum 2000 software into the SSA document management workflow. According to one processing manager at SSA, "the AIS software stability has been one of the best things about this project".
