Andy joined Adaptive in January of 2001 and brought over thirty years of operations and business management experience to Adaptive. He has worked with Mr. Robert Lavie, the principal investor and managing partner of Adaptive, for over 20 years. His extensive experience in financial and asset management along with his "hands on" mode of management and his genuine interest in every aspect of Adaptive's operations continues to push Adaptive to new heights.
