• Character Repair – Characters that do not meet confidence requirements are manually repaired with sophisticated data entry software
• Member & Provider Matching – Substantially reduces manual adjudication
• Data Scrubbing – Data is then “scrubbed” using both industry standard and customer supplied databases.
• Output Formatting – The resulting data is then formatted to customer specifications and
transmitted over secure internet connections.
